3, Guaranteed to give you an unique fun experiences.

  • You will take away the sushi you made and can enjoy sushi on that night. Each student can take away a big sushi tray(3 people's amount per tray) like the similar one as the photo below. Besides the instant miso soup for three people will come with your sushi as well. Sushi needs to be consumed within the same day. So please do not forget to arrange your relatives and friends for the sushi party!!

"I had a great time on the sushi course, I didn’t know what to expect as it was a Christmas present and I was not told anything apart from where to turn up and what time. At first I was apprehensive but soon felt very comfortable due to Narihito and Yoshie who are clearly massively knowledgeable about sushi and explain it with such passion that I was totally swept up in it – barely noticing the time passing. Everything felt like it happened seamlessly, no awkward stops or gaps and all the equipment etc was ready for us to use every time we needed – it was so well thought through. I felt like the pace was just right and I was so proud of what I made – certainly I didn’t expect to make such a lot of sushi and take it home on such a nice platter with the goody bag too – a huge plus point at the end because I feel with this I could actually attempt it on my own now! We had a private lesson with them on a Sunday, and from the moment we arrived they made us feel really at home and the setting was very personal in contrast to some commercial schools. "We're both big sushi fans but annoyingly where we live in Kent we're limited to supermarket sushi so we really wanted to take a course.We couldn't have been happier with our decision to learn with Nari and Yoshie. It was such a nice atmosphere, a small group of 4 of us making sushi in a traditional Japanese home, and Nari and Yoshie themselves were both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable (how much we enjoyed our sushi platter at the end of the day is the perfect testimony to that!). You are models of graciousness, greeting us at the door with welcoming smiles, slippers and tiny hot cups of green tea. "This course what bought for me as a surprise Birthday present and what a surprise it was. I turned up not really knowing what to expect (I hadn't been told where we were going until we got there). But Yoshi and Narihito were very welcoming and sat us down with a cup of Japanese cold tea and a pair of slippers! Being a small course of just four people really helped as it meant that when we were going slightly wrong we were swiftly corrected and any catastrophe was averted! As the afternoon went on, I'm sure our technique got better and the sushi certainly started to look a little more like it should. Plan ahead for dinner with friends if you are looking to go on this course however, as you'll need about three or four other people to help you eat through everything you take home. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon and I would highly recommend it. I’m looking for excuses to start making it at home and have already told friends and colleagues to try the course."

My worries were completely irrelevant as they were really friendly and helpful when it came to making sushi and making me feel welcome.
